Business Application Analyst

Our client is a major lessor, upgrading their financing platforms and now seeking an IT Analyst who will be a key member of the implementation project, engineering and configuration team. Assisting vendors develop technical solutions in meeting business requirements. Manage user stories, user acceptance criteria, epics, process maps, data mapping. Perform IT tests / regression tests and coordinate business test activities. Work closely with different departments to analyse implementation of new and updated processes ensuring that the application performs as expected, ensuring compliance with procedures. Becoming the application expert and the go-to person. Needs experience in at least two of the following: engineering, change processes, application configuration, IT projects. Requires a technical background. Knowledge of databases and SQL, interface technologies would be beneficial (but not essential). Exposure to Alfa, FIS, Sopra, Netsol etc would be helpful. Good hybrid working available, offices based West of London.
