A newly created varied role, responsible for the administration of all aspects of lease agreements and other internal products. Following the deal process through from proposal to deal completion/pay-out. Requires exceptional attention to detail with a pro-active, problem-solving attitude with good communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. There is a particular focus on providing daily support to internal Account Managers. Maintain and reconcile prepay systems, settlements and commissions. Manage pay-out and new deal queries with a commercial mind-set, monitoring and actively pursuing outstanding deals. Assess and investigate any credit rejections from their financing panel. Needs strong interpersonal relationships, and excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.

Liaise with vendors/dealers/brokers to ensure they have the correct and valid documentation. Work with sales and credit to resolve any issues, and liaise with Finance department regarding deal pricing and book funds for deals prior to pay-out.
