Pivotal in driving operational excellence, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth delivery of departmental objectives. Responsible for ensuring that workload is managed appropriately, and that training is delivered in a structured manner to support business objectives. The successful candidate will lead by example, foster a collaborative team culture and work closely with the head of department to maintain high standards of service and performance, and deliver improvement projects to continuously improve the departments function. Requiring prior experience in supervising a team, including managing annual appraisals and objective setting. Needs a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication. Good hybrid working options.

 

Funding Services Executive, West Sussex

Well established print and IT solutions business, seeking to expand its existing small leasing funding team. A newly created varied role, responsible for the administration of all aspects of lease agreements and other internal products. Following the deal process through from proposal to deal completion/pay-out. Requires exceptional attention to detail with a pro-active, problem-solving attitude with good communication skills to maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. There is a particular focus on providing daily support to internal Account Managers. Maintain and reconcile prepay systems, settlements and commissions. Manage pay-out and new deal queries with a commercial mind-set, monitoring and actively pursuing outstanding deals. Assess and investigate any credit rejections from their financing panel. Needs strong interpersonal relationships, and excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.

International lessor, part of a major banking group seeking a new business support co-ordinator. A varied role, involving continual contact with both internal and external customers. The ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding whilst maintaining a clear focus on objectives will be key. This role includes a wide range of responsibilities, requiring a high level of organisational skills. The key responsibilities will be to personally deliver an excellent service to internal customers as part of the Business Services Team. A key part of the role will be supporting their Compliance team. Attending to daily invoices, handling requests using their services inbox (including financial changes), calculate early settlement requests. Registration/release of charges at Companies House. Managing end of lease/HP administration. Chasing insurance certificate renewals. Must have excellent verbal and written skills. Hybrid working - attending their offices 3 days a week.

Seeking a strong team player with the ability to be flexible in managing a variety of day to day tasks. Hybrid working, with only the occasional attendance of their offices.

 

New Business Co-ordinator, South West London

International lessor, part of a major banking group looking to recruit an experienced sales support co-ordinator. The successful candidate will primarily provide back-up support with core responsibilities of inputting deals and modifying where appropriate. Assist in the collation of new business documentation, ensure all deals paid-out according to credit acceptance terms and agreed agreements. Liaise with vendors/dealers/brokers to ensure they have the correct and valid documentation. Work with sales and credit to resolve any issues, and liaise with Finance department regarding deal pricing and book funds for deals prior to pay-out. Be pro-active in making recommendations for ongoing development of systems and processes to ensure they remain an industry leader for Customer Service, helping to differentiate with competitors. Accuracy and attention to detail essential. Seeking  experience of around 2-3 years in similar role. Good hybrid working options.
