Seeking good knowledge of credit risk, deal structuring and negotiation, performance monitoring and reporting, with strong collaboration and coordination. Good hybrid options - with having to attend the office only twice a week.

It is a home-based role requiring frequent travel across the UK to support clients through a mix of in-person and remote meetings. The individual will work closely with the Sales Manager and the team to generate new business, meet sales targets according to goals and strategy, and manage risks. The role includes providing sales and product training within allocated accounts to enhance product knowledge and increase leasing penetration. Engagement activities are intended to build and maintain positive relationships with their introducers/partners. This will include the preparation and execution of communications such as service updates, helpful business information and financial promotions.

Focus on technology and wholesale finance, this field-based role will have contact with both internal (LOD1, credit, legal, compliance & operations) and external customers, therefore the ability to present, negotiate and build relationships is essential. Proactively follow up on leads to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with existing and potential introducers and clients, staying informed about market trends. Drive sales activity and deliver a proactive and exceptional customer service, providing products which meet customer needs whilst maximising new business volumes and profitability. Take responsibility for qualifying deals and clients credit worthiness and prepare credit proposals. Negotiate conditions with brokers and clients to secure favourable terms. Must have a good level of manufacturer and dealer management experience, ideally using a stocking product, with knowledge of sectors such as Agriculture, Transport and Construction. Delivering on their reputation for excellent service levels, candidates must demonstrate empathy whilst maintaining a clear focus on objectives. Meeting stocking business targets on volume, margin, fees and portfolio quality. Promote utilisation and realise key business stocking strategies. Work with their stocking operations team to provide training and salespeople support. Attend trade shows and present at national events. A home based role, but needing the willingness to work from the office, with significant travel required across the UK.
