Our client, part of a global banking group. Reporting directly to their Sales Director, supporting their stocking business with opportunities generated by their agriculture, transportation and general industrial sales teams. Managing systems, staff and processes. The successful candidate is likely to have a minimum of 5 years prior relevant knowledge and experience, with strong exposure to dealer and manufacturer finance. The ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be key to their success. Will involve the day to day management of stocking systems, building new schemes, creating mechanisms to improve communications between sales and stocking. Communicate clearly with local sales (vendors and dealers) in terms of stocking progress, utilisation and performance. Provide dealer training. The right person will ideally have prior experience in managing a team, with the ability to lead an existing small, manage, motivate and develop team members to deliver high quality service. Contribute to the development of a supportive, flexible and dynamic team environment.

The role involves identifying, acquiring, developing, and managing new business within the hard asset sector, specifically targeting the Construction, Transportation, and Manufacturing Equipment markets. This position emphasises developing new relationships with introducers and customers while managing existing accounts. It is a home-based role requiring frequent travel across the UK to support clients through a mix of in-person and remote meetings. The individual will work closely with the Sales Manager and the team to generate new business, meet sales targets according to goals and strategy, and manage risks. The role includes providing sales and product training within allocated accounts to enhance product knowledge and increase leasing penetration. Candidates must be self-driven, motivated, and focused on achieving results.

They have a newly created opportunity for a Broker Manager to manage the day-to-day relationships of a number of asset finance brokers. Will include the loading of proposals on to their decision platform and system, communication of decisions to brokers, and management of documentation for successful payment of deals. Acting as the prime point of contact for brokers and Credit Underwriting, working alongside Operations/pay-outs. Basic analysing and preparing of credit submissions for approval. Manage the deal pipeline and process documentation relating to new business transactions. Embed and maintain strong working relationships with their Sales, Credit, Operations and Central Onboarding teams. Attend networking events as required, including customer, industry and broker meetings. Seeking a self-motivated, accountable and results orientated individual, able to quickly build relationships with customers and stakeholders. Office based but offering good hybrid working options.

Major lessor, part of a global banking group, seeking an external Relationship Manager to build and maintain close relationships with vendor, dealer, reseller and brokers. Focus on technology and wholesale finance, this field-based role will have contact with both internal (LOD1, credit, legal, compliance & operations) and external customers, therefore the ability to present, negotiate and build relationships is essential. Proactively follow up on leads to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with existing and potential introducers and clients, staying informed about market trends. Drive sales activity and deliver a proactive and exceptional customer service, providing products which meet customer needs whilst maximising new business volumes and profitability. Take responsibility for qualifying deals and clients credit worthiness and prepare credit proposals. Negotiate conditions with brokers and clients to secure favourable terms. Monitor and analyse the activities and performances of key introducers (behaviour, proposals, acceptance rate and conversion rate). Will need to be able to access central London twice a week to support a particular established tech programme.
