Well established specialist lending bank, strongly positioned in the broker-introduced business marketplace. They have a newly created opportunity for a Broker Manager to manage the day-to-day relationships of a number of asset finance brokers. Will include the loading of proposals on to their decision platform and system, communication of decisions to brokers, and management of documentation for successful payment of deals. Acting as the prime point of contact for brokers and Credit Underwriting, working alongside Operations/pay-outs. Basic analysing and preparing of credit submissions for approval. Manage the deal pipeline and process documentation relating to new business transactions. Embed and maintain strong working relationships with their Sales, Credit, Operations and Central Onboarding teams. Attend networking events as required, including customer, industry and broker meetings. Seeking a self-motivated, accountable and results orientated individual, able to quickly build relationships with customers and stakeholders. Office based but offering good hybrid working options.

The focus will be business development, whilst also maintaining existing stocking facilities with nationwide relationships. Must have a good level of manufacturer and dealer management experience, ideally using a stocking product, with knowledge of sectors such as Agriculture, Transport and Construction. Delivering on their reputation for excellent service levels, candidates must demonstrate empathy whilst maintaining a clear focus on objectives. Meeting stocking business targets on volume, margin, fees and portfolio quality. Promote utilisation and realise key business stocking strategies. Work with their stocking operations team to provide training and salespeople support. Attend trade shows and present at national events. A home based role, but needing the willingness to work from the office, with significant travel required across the UK.

Managing strong relationships with key introducers and customers. Proactively following up on leads to discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close the sale. Help develop and follow a contact strategy. Stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities. Seeking good knowledge of credit risk, deal structuring and negotiation, performance monitoring and reporting, with strong collaboration and coordination. Good hybrid options - with having to attend the office only twice a week.

It is a home-based role requiring frequent travel across the UK to support clients through a mix of in-person and remote meetings. The individual will work closely with the Sales Manager and the team to generate new business, meet sales targets according to goals and strategy, and manage risks. The role includes providing sales and product training within allocated accounts to enhance product knowledge and increase leasing penetration. Now looking to build on its strong position in the marketplace, with the emphasis on mid-market DIRECT HARD ASSET corporate business. Part of a comprehensive European strategy, and an exciting time to be involved with their expansion. Seeking experienced new business developers, targeting medium and large clients with annual financing needs of at least £1m. You will be key in managing your own growth and business direction. Using your existing knowledge, experience and contacts to identify, prioritise and target potential key customers. Being highly networked, by developing close relationships at senior levels to build long lasting partnerships. Often managing complex and structured transactions, you will work collaboratively with an outstanding credit risk team, with the assistance of other support functions. Good pricing and negotiation skills, and being comfortable with credit risk/documentation (confident in presenting to risk committees in need) is therefore essential.
